I'm surprised no one has figured this out. As a result of the Act of 1871, Washington DC is a sovereign city-state. This means it is not part of the Republic of the United States. Think of DC as a foreign country residing within the US border. Other sovereign city-states are the Vatican and the inner City of London (NWO HQ). The entire US "government" is under Zionist control and thus the people of the US exist under foreign occupation (by the Zionists). The J6 prisoners are being treated, for lack of a better term, as illegal belligerents by the foreign DC entity. The J6 staged event (false flag) was defined as an"insurrection" not against the US government as most people mistakenly believe but against the foreign government known as the District of Columbia. In other words, sovereign Zionist DC was "invaded" and the captured outside invaders are now "prisoners" (illegal belligerents) of war and being subjected to kangaroo justice, long prison terms, and torture.
